All video production services require a signed contract detailing the specific scope of work prior to commencement. Strauss Management Limited retains copyright of all raw materials and final deliverables until payment has been received in full. Clients are responsible for securing necessary permits for private locations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project timelines will be established during the pre-production phase. Drafts and final deliverables are provided digitally via secure download links. Physical media delivery is available upon request and may incur additional fees. The standard revision process includes up to two rounds of edits; further revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
A non-refundable deposit (typically 30-50% depending on project scale) is required to secure production dates. If a project is cancelled by the client more than 7 days prior to the shoot, no additional fees will be charged beyond the deposit. Cancellations or postponements within 7 days of production will incur a fee equal to the expenses already committed. Completed services and deliverables are non-refundable.
